The brief
A new CEO wanted the top 90 leaders together before the planning cycle, somewhere without a hotel lobby full of strangers.
What we did
We booked Larkspur Mountain Lodge outright, flew guests in from 14 cities, and built a three-day agenda around six working sessions with outside facilitators.
Result
Every guest arrived on the first night, the agenda ran to time and the offsite cost $3,850 per head all in, against a target of $4,200.
Nine weeks sounded impossible. Rowan had three venues on a call by Wednesday.
