What we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, event date and the brief you write. When you use the client portal we store the event data you and your team add to it.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, plan your event and send you the documents you asked for. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
With the venues and vendors on your event, only as far as they need it to deliver, for example a rooming list for the hotel. Every vendor is bound by a written data agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for two years. Event data for seven years, because finance teams ask for it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
Email hello@rowanevents.co to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. We reply within 30 days.
