The planning agreement
Every event runs under a signed planning agreement that sets the fee, the size band, the payment dates and the cancellation terms. Where this page and the agreement differ, the agreement wins.
Fees and payment
The planning fee is paid half on signature and half ten days before the event. Vendor costs are approved by you in the portal before they are committed and billed at cost.
Cancellation
The planning fee is refundable in full up to 90 days before the event and 50 percent up to 30 days before. Vendor cancellation terms are shown in the portal before each contract is signed.
Liability
Rowan carries $5 million general liability and $2 million professional liability insurance and names you and the venue as additional insured.
