What it is
A single day of short talks and working sessions for people teams who now own events, offsites and onboarding on top of everything else.
Format
Mornings are five 15 minute talks. Afternoons are three 60 minute workshops, capped at 40 people each, with the templates we use handed out on paper and in the portal.
